Robots pack soft bags of soup for pots! Workers are freed from continuous fatigue!
We would like to introduce a case study involving Chongqing Qiaotou Food, a famous manufacturer of hot pot soup. The manufacturing process is complex, involving pre-treatment, stir-frying, steaming, and cooling stages, where ingredients are mixed with seasonings and additives, and finally packed into plastic soft bags weighing between 130 to 400 grams. The company produces these bags in large quantities, and the management, which is always seeking higher levels of automation, considered further streamlining this packaging process. As a solution, we proposed the use of the "Stäubli TS60 4-axis scara robot."
