[Case Study] Example of Reading Product Labels in the Electronic Components Manufacturing Industry

We would like to introduce a case study of the implementation of the "Barcode Sheet Reader SR-100 Series" at a certain electronic component manufacturing company. They had a high volume of processing per day, requiring dedicated staff to work closely on the tasks. Additionally, manual operations led to reading errors, which took time to recover from, making it a challenge to balance the reduction of operational mistakes with improved efficiency. To address this, they introduced the "SR-110," a barcode sheet reader specifically designed for invoice reading. With a processing capacity of approximately 250 sheets per minute, it can complete the processing of around 300 sheets in just over a minute. It can print on processed invoices, allowing for immediate verification of which invoices have been completed, eliminating concerns about missing or duplicating readings.
