[Case Study on Packaging Design Improvement] Transport and Packaging Trolley for Automobile Door Frames
A successful case of storing 12 door frames within the limited dimensions of a transport cart!
We would like to introduce a case study of a transport and packaging cart designed and proposed by our company for automotive door frames. We received a request from a customer to store these automotive door frames near the assembly line of the automotive production line, and we proposed an efficient loading solution for the specified cart. As a result, we successfully stored 12 door frames within the limited dimensions of the cart, improving transport efficiency. In transport packaging, the key points are to "load the work efficiently" and to create a structure that "does not cause quality defects such as scratches or dirt." If you are considering improvements in packaging related to transport packaging, please contact us. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Whether it is [one-way] or [commuting], whether cushioning is necessary, and the effects related to static electricity... the optimal materials vary depending on the contents. We will propose improvements to the packaging format for the 2024 issue. Tohoku Ueno Co., Ltd. will utilize the many packaging examples we have cultivated so far, along with various new materials developed in recent years to address environmental issues, to offer the best combination. We will consider all aspects, including cost, material selection, processing methods, and environmental factors, to meet our customers' needs. We will conduct drop tests using the drop test machine from Ransomont, analyze the shock waveforms with test partners, and propose the optimal cushioning packaging design.
