The "TexCoat G4" is a non-contact textile finishing device that applies Baldwin's precise spray coating technology, allowing for sufficient impregnation of thick fabrics with chemical solutions. Since it can coat on one side, it is possible to eliminate processing steps for laminated fabrics or textiles used for interior decoration. Additionally, with the non-contact spray coating technology, there is no concern about dilution of the chemicals in the solution tank during wet-on-wet processes.
