In one year since implementation, we operated 34 scenarios! Here is a case study that successfully achieved a reduction of 1,000 hours.

At Chip One Stop, we were handling about 300 simple tasks a day, which took 1 to 2 hours daily, and there were voices within the company asking if we could automate the ordering process. The introduction of our RPA tool, 'EzAvatar', by the IT department was the catalyst for conducting a trial. We intuitively translated our regular tasks directly into scenarios. During the trial, we felt a positive response to automating the task of price corrections, and we identified over 50 tasks, with more than half appearing to be automatable, leading us to decide on implementation. As a result, we achieved a reduction of 1,000 hours annually with 34 scenarios.
