ADATA's CFast card ISC3E series is a high-reliability flash storage developed for industrial applications. By pseudo-SLC converting high-durability MLC NAND flash (A+SLC technology), it achieves a P/E cycle of 30,000 times. With the adoption of a SATA III 6Gb/s transfer interface, it realizes read/write speeds of up to 500/400MB/s. It is equipped with BCH error correction code functionality to ensure data reliability. It is suitable for storage in surveillance systems and industrial automation equipment that require durability, reliability, and large data capacity.
