Wideband, high-gain differential input preamplifier
The 5307 is a low-noise preamplifier with a differential input format that has a wide bandwidth of DC to 10MHz and a maximum gain of 1000 times. It integrates necessary functions for amplifying small signals, such as input format switching, offset cancellation, and bandwidth-limiting filters, making it suitable for a wide range of applications as a general-purpose preamplifier or differential amplifier.

Applications/Examples of results
■Measurement of minute changes due to the surrounding environment of elements (semiconductors, etc.) In the 5307, a signal amplified from the difference between input signal A and input signal B (A - B) is output. Two identical elements, such as semiconductors, are prepared, and the same signal is applied to both, with the voltages of each element input to A and B, respectively. Then, by changing the surrounding environment (temperature, humidity, pressure, etc.) for only one of the elements, the change can be amplified and output. For example, if the voltage of each element is 1V and the change is 1mV, the A input will be 1V and the B input will be 1V + 1mV, resulting in an output voltage that is the difference A - B of 1mV (or -1mV) multiplied by the gain. ■Avoiding the influence of noise in signal detection ●When preventing external noise By inputting signals from sensors, etc., into A and B of the 5307, noise signals that affect the two output signals from the sensor can be canceled out. If induced noise enters the output cable from the signal source of the sensor, by inputting the two output signals (Hi and Lo) from the signal source into A and B respectively, the influence of that induced noise can be canceled out, thereby amplifying the original output signal from the sensor.
