"Z.R.C." is a room temperature zinc coating agent that ensures durability and corrosion resistance equivalent to hot-dip galvanized JIS H8641 HDZ55 (550g/m2) by applying a dry film thickness of 76μm or more to steel members that have undergone surface preparation. By eliminating the need for a zinc plating bath, it can be easily applied not only in steel fabrication factories but also at construction sites for joints and other areas. By performing the application at room temperature without immersion in a zinc plating bath (treatment temperature 450-480°C), it does not impose any constraints on design, fabrication, or construction.
