Our company was established in 1961 as "Japan Ambraco" by SPS Technologies, Inc. in the United States to sell hex socket bolts known as "Ambraco" in the Japanese market. In 1984, we changed our name to "SPS Ambraco" and obtained Japanese corporate status as a 100% subsidiary of SPS.
