Our company was established in 1961 as "Japan Ambraco" by SPS Technologies, Inc. in the United States to sell hex socket bolts known as "Ambraco" in the Japanese market. In 1984, we changed our name to "SPS Ambraco" and obtained Japanese corporate status as a 100% subsidiary of SPS. In 2003, Precision Castparts Corp. (PCC) in the United States conducted an M&A. In 2017, we changed our name to "PCC Distribution Japan" and became part of the PCC group, which is under the capital umbrella of Berkshire Hathaway, led by the renowned investor Warren Buffett, continuing to import and sell high value-added industrial components that are loved in the global market.
