The "Bowl Tipping High-Speed Mixer" is a type of mixer that discharges dough by rotating the mixing bowl 90°. The gap between the agitator bar and the mixing bowl can be adjusted in three stages to suit the dough. The main drive system employs a two-speed pole-changing motor and a two-stage reduction method, while the bowl tipping system achieves smooth bowl tipping through a hydraulic device. 【Features】 - The body plate of the mixing bowl is made of clad copper, with the inner surface being stainless steel and the outer surface being steel plate, providing excellent thermal conductivity.
