Reduction of maintenance labor through the adoption of long-life sensors. Stable detection of both gas and oil flames. Compatible with high-temperature environments.
"YOKA-FD" is a general-purpose ultraviolet flame detector used in industrial boilers, gas turbines, heating furnaces, and combustion furnaces. It employs a long-lasting semiconductor element (silicon photodiode) for the flame detection sensor. This eliminates the need for regular replacements, reducing maintenance labor and costs. By detecting wavelengths in the near-ultraviolet range, it can stably detect flames from both gas and oil. It uses high-temperature resistant electronic components, allowing installation in furnaces without sensor cooling equipment. 【Features】 ■ Can be used under various conditions, contributing to fire prevention ■ The sensor can be used in high-temperature environments up to 125°C ■ Available in explosion-proof and non-explosion-proof types ■ Equipped with "sensitivity adjustment function" and "flame presence threshold adjustment function" ■ Detects in the near-ultraviolet range, ensuring stable flame detection even during low NOx operation *For more details, please refer to the documentation.
