Ace Sand Method - Purchased Sand

By using purchased materials such as mountain sand, recycled sand, and improved soil, fluidized backfilling can be easily achieved!

Initially, the "Ace Sand Method" involved continuously mixing and pumping mountain sand, water, and air bubbles. However, depending on the soil type and the backfill locations, it sometimes took several days for compaction. To ensure that the method could be used without regard to soil type or backfill location and to make it walkable by the next day, it became common to mix in a small amount of cement. For the soil used, when the generated soil requires pre-treatment or when the plant yard is narrow and the quantity is relatively small, purchasing materials such as mountain sand, recycled sand, or improved soil allows for easy fluidized backfilling.
