The FMS (Fixed Monitor System) is a helicopter deck foam firefighting device consisting of a foam monitor placed on the helideck and a fire extinguishing liquid tank unit that includes a fire extinguishing liquid pump and a foam mixing device. The extinguishing liquid uses Aqueous Film Forming Foam (AFFF), which is effective for extinguishing aircraft fuel fires.
