[Construction Example] Pile Extraction (Multiple Pulleys)

Set a block and tackle on the attachment! A method for pulling out piles, H-beams, and steel sheet piles using reaction force.

The "Multi-Pulley Extraction Method" involves setting a multi-pulley on an attachment, increasing the capacity of the crane's winch wire rope with the multi-pulley, and utilizing reaction force to extract piles, H-beams, and steel sheet piles. In the extraction work, the head of the pile to be extracted is excavated to a depth that the vibrator can grasp, and a leader is installed in a stable location where sufficient reaction force can be obtained. After the head of the pile is grasped by the vibrator, the winch of the extraction machine is wound up to lift the pile while cutting the friction between the pile and the ground, and once it is confirmed that the waist has been cut, the pile is completely lifted using a supplementary winding hook or a corresponding crane. *For more details, please refer to the related link page or feel free to contact us.*
