A closely woven twill with horizontal lines. Introducing a more intricate and robust woven wire mesh that can withstand high pressure.
We would like to introduce our "Twill Weave / Reverse Twill Weave" products. The "Twill Weave" is a weaving method where the horizontal lines of the plain weave cross over two vertical lines, similar to the twill weave. This allows for a shallow angle of refraction for the horizontal lines, enabling the use of thicker wires, which increases the strength of the wire mesh. Additionally, the close contact of the horizontal lines enhances the filtration accuracy. The "Reverse Twill Weave" is the opposite relationship between the vertical and horizontal lines of the twill weave. It is suitable for environments that require higher strength and filtration accuracy than the reverse plain weave. 【Features】 ■ Twill Weave - A weaving method where the horizontal lines of the plain weave cross over two vertical lines, similar to the twill weave. - The shallow angle of refraction for the horizontal lines allows for the use of thicker wires, increasing the strength of the wire mesh. - The close contact of the horizontal lines also improves filtration accuracy. - For applications requiring strength, a double warp specification with two vertical lines can be used. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
