[NETIS Registered Product] Supports large expansion and contraction (200–600mm) and wide spacing (up to 1230mm). Expansion device for bridges designed with consideration for the surrounding environment.
The Hybrid Joint 3LIIA type, like the conventional Hybrid Joint 3L type, has a vertical integrated structure for the load support and anchor plate sections, resulting in high durability with almost no damage from metal fatigue. By using steel plates vertically, the exposed parts are minimized, leading to very low impact during operation, and making the product less prone to noise and vibration. It is capable of accommodating large expansion and contraction (200–600mm) and wide gaps (up to 1230mm), making it one of the largest products in the category of rubber-based joints (a general term for products other than finger joints and embedded joints). The main differences from the NEXCO specification 3LII type are that the secondary water stop material is not standard equipment (but can be installed separately) and that the painting specifications differ. The durability and water stop structure of the main body are equivalent to the NEXCO specifications. 【Features】 ○ Accommodates large expansion and contraction and wide gaps ○ High water stop performance due to the zipper structure ○ Long-term durability and maintenance-free For more details, please contact us or request a catalog.

CRETEC, a company under Crittec Industries, was born from the combination of Create (creation) and Technology. As a comprehensive manufacturer of bridge expansion devices, we continue to develop expansion devices that contribute to the longevity of bridges and environmental protection. Moreover, we do not stop at product manufacturing; by consistently handling everything from research, design, manufacturing, sales, to construction in-house, we can manufacture and install expansion devices that meet the requests of our clients and general contractors, as well as the conditions and environments of the bridges and roads on-site. We also take into account the issues that arise during the installation of expansion devices and the damage conditions of existing devices that are removed, using this information to improve and develop our products. Please feel free to contact us for inquiries about bridge expansion devices, requests for materials, or estimates. ◆ What is a bridge expansion device? It is a component installed in the gap between the bridge abutment and the bridge girder, or between bridge girders. When designing a bridge, it is necessary to create a gap to prevent the bridge girders from colliding due to expansion and contraction caused by temperature changes. The bridge expansion device is required to cover this gap and ensure safe passage for vehicles and pedestrians.
