Hinode Holdings Co., Ltd. and Hinode Water Supply Equipment Co., Ltd. have jointly developed a high-rigidity aluminum casting alloy called "ATHIUM" in collaboration with Makino Milling Machine Co., Ltd. and Tajima Light Metal Co., Ltd. In this joint development, we utilized the technology cultivated in the material development of manhole covers to research methods for controlling the metal structure to achieve high rigidity in this product, and by optimizing the chemical composition, we realized a high-rigidity aluminum casting alloy that has never been seen before.
