Building maintenance performed by individuals with disabilities can measure, assess, and inspect conditions with greater accuracy than able-bodied individuals. For example, conducting inspection tasks alongside individuals with physical disabilities allows us to notice physical and psychological obstacles that able-bodied individuals might overlook. By adding the perspective of individuals with disabilities to the traditional able-bodied viewpoint, we believe we can further enhance the safety and security of our customers who use the facilities.
