There was a complaint that red water was coming out of the hot water faucet in the guest rooms within three years of the hotel's completion, and various measures were taken, but the issue was not resolved at all. As a result, a Polar magnetic water treatment device "Model PI-25F" (3-point set) was installed in a partial bypass configuration on the return pipe 65A, treating about 20% of the circulating water volume. As a result, it was confirmed that the red rust in the boiler had turned into black rust, and the red water had stopped.
