There are two comparison devices for the internal pipe inspection; one utilizes a polarizer, while the other does not. A comparative inspection was conducted under conditions where the polarizer was not used. One polarizer model "PI-50F (2”)” was installed on the discharge side of the supply header for cold and hot water, with partial circulation treatment performed using the polarizer. After treatment, it was evident that old scale and rust had dissolved and flowed out, forming a magnetite anti-corrosion coating inside the pipe, which appeared smoother and had a dark brown color compared to the untreated side. The untreated side showed signs of corrosion and scale adhesion.
