"MF-α" is a water-based penetrating fire retardant (flame retardant) agent that possesses both non-boric acid-based termite prevention and preservative properties. The main components are ammonium phosphate and ammonium sulfate. As heating progresses, the reaction is promoted, preventing combustion by blocking the supply of air (oxygen) necessary for burning and lowering the temperature through the release of moisture, thereby exhibiting flame retardant effects.
