With a clear direction, it enables long stroke movements! The Iguchi Bear moves in a consistent direction.
The "S type" is a general-purpose iguchi bear that does not need to move freely in 360 degrees and rolls in a fixed direction like a roller. Since it makes contact with the work at a point, it has less starting friction resistance than a roller, which is a significant feature that allows for long stroke movements. It is mainly used for feeding devices and for stroke and transport carts in piston movements. 【Features】 ■ Ball diameter = φ3/16 to 3" (4.76 to 76.2mm) ■ Load capacity = 15 to 450kgf ■ Low friction coefficient, enabling long stroke movements ■ Movement in a fixed direction can be controlled to some extent ■ The basic type is designed to have a low height ■ Custom designs for nylon balls, ceramic balls, hard chrome plating, and other special types are also available *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Company information
In 1955, our company started as a precision parts processing business and began research and development of labor-saving devices for transportation and cargo handling, as well as vibration prevention equipment, by applying our accumulated unique technologies. We have established a solid foothold as a manufacturer of special bearings and special wheels, far exceeding the boundaries of the precision parts processing industry. At the same time, to meet the increasing demand for products and the need for higher quality products, we have worked on the establishment and expansion of factories and research facilities, and in 1988, we completed a high-level FA factory. We are further promoting the rationalization of production lines and the improvement of quality. Our technology, which is active in various industrial fields such as urban multi-story parking lots, exhibition venues for events, robot bases in factories, and special railway wheels, is something we are confident can quickly respond to the increasingly diverse and complex needs of society. In the future, we hope to contribute widely to the international community by making company-wide efforts to produce and supply higher quality ISB products using our unique development, technology, and facilities.
