Excess materials generated in the automotive parts manufacturing process are crushed and recycled at our factory. □ Since synthetic rubber is processed into chips, it has excellent outdoor weather resistance. In addition to using the chips alone, they can be solidified with a binder for use as pathway materials, blocks, and shock-absorbing components. □ Our self-developed rubber chip sheet does not use conventional urethane binders; instead, the chips are directly blended into the uncured rubber. This prevents the chips from peeling off due to the degradation of the urethane binder, resulting in a flexible and high-strength product. The rubber blocks light, so when used as a weed barrier sheet, it effectively suppresses grass growth.
