With the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism's move towards mandating the installation of drive recorders in charter buses, the system was upgraded in October 2016 to the network-type digital tachograph "DTS-D1D," which has been well received for its ability to visualize driving conditions.
