Please leave the complete set of protective gear and equipment to us! Information on dielectric protective gear and equipment voltage withstand testing.
Insulating protective gear such as rubber gloves and helmets is essential to protect workers' bodies from live wires. If they become damaged or deteriorated, there is a risk of electric shock leading to serious accidents, so regular self-inspections must be conducted. Our company conducts tests based on JIST8010 "Test Methods for Insulating Protective Equipment and Protective Gear," classifying them into underwater and air tests. The alternating current test voltage is quickly raised to 75% of the specified voltage, and thereafter increased at a rate of 1000V per second until the specified voltage is reached, after which it is tested to see if it can withstand that voltage for one minute. The results of the tests are compiled into a report and submitted to the customer. 【Test Subjects for Dielectric Strength】 ■ Helmets ■ Rubber gloves, boots ■ Insulating sheets ■ Disconnection rods, voltage testers ■ Insulating clothing *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
