The BRAUMEISTER of ZUETEC's SpectraAlyzer significantly reduces quality control costs and labor in the beer production process.
This system is an optical analysis device that utilizes reference samples of spectral images developed, manufactured, and sold in Germany. By using this device, the reagents required for sample evaluation at each stage are no longer necessary. Additionally, it can reduce the labor and time involved. In the beer production process, various stages such as malt analysis, mashing, wort filtration, fermentation, maturation, and filling require evaluation tests for moisture, wort extract and bitterness (IBU), alcohol, pH value, density, color, and more, all of which can be conducted with this single device. Test results can be transmitted via Ethernet to the factory's intranet or the internet. Necessary information can also be managed and shared using Application Works (analysis and integration software).
