At Exin, we conducted ATP concentration checks using the "Lumitester Smart" from Kikkoman, employing the "ATP+ADP+AMP swab test (A3 method)." The A3 method is a unique measurement technique developed by Kikkoman Biochemifa that uses ATP as a contamination indicator. By measuring not only ATP but also ADP and AMP, it allows for more sensitive detection. ATP is a substance found in various organisms and is commonly present in many "organic materials," including food and bacteria. A high level of ATP indicates insufficient cleaning (a state of high contamination).
