Antibacterial and anti-fouling functions with metal ions! Introducing high heat insulation, high heat dissipation, and multifunctional coatings!
"Thermal Guard AS" is an environmentally friendly multifunctional one-component acrylic silicone resin water-based paint that features high reflectivity, high shielding, high heat dissipation, high weather resistance, dirt resistance, and antibacterial properties. By applying specially processed fine crushed silica to a composite metal ion solution and incorporating various additives into the silica's voids, this technology maintains strong cross-linking (hybrid) properties, resulting in light-blocking, heat-shielding, and heat-dissipating effects due to the high density of silica. Additionally, it has antibacterial and dirt-repellent functions due to the metal ions, and it can be applied thinly at 150μm (microns) upon finishing, using the same application methods as usual, such as brushes, rollers, and airless spraying. 【Features】 ■ Significantly reflects sunlight, ultraviolet rays, and infrared rays ■ Uniformly disperses numerous special fillers in the paint film by modifying them ■ Suitable for doghouses and other applications due to antibacterial and dirt-repellent effects from three types of metal ions ■ Enhanced adhesion with over 10 years of weather resistance ■ Environmentally friendly water-based paint that does not contain heavy metals harmful to living organisms *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.
