"Teshub X" is an urban river monitoring system that analyzes the internal precipitation area in three dimensions and predicts precipitation distribution with a resolution of 250m for 30 minutes ahead, and for the next 60 minutes with a resolution of 1,000m, using "high-resolution precipitation nowcasting."
