Remote monitoring of equipment operating status is now possible! Proposal for a smart monitoring system.
We propose a "Smart Monitoring System" that allows for the visualization of equipment status at hand, enabling rapid response. By sending equipment status and alert notifications via PLC to the smartwatches worn by operators, we can efficiently address malfunctions, change setups, and replenish raw materials and parts, thereby improving productivity and quality. Furthermore, by utilizing BI tools, it becomes possible to gain a more detailed understanding and analysis of operational status and centralized management. 【Features】 ■ Visualization of equipment status at hand, enabling rapid response ■ Detailed notification settings make the on-site situation clearer ■ Suitable notification settings for each responsible operator *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
