The manual sorting has been replaced by automated sorting using machines, which offers benefits such as the possibility of reducing labor costs!
The "Aluminum Separator" is a machine that recovers non-ferrous metals such as "aluminum," "copper," and "brass" from crushed processed materials. By rapidly rotating a magnetic rotor with permanent magnets arranged around its circumference, a powerful alternating magnetic field is generated on the surface of the drum. This induces eddy currents in non-ferrous metals like aluminum present in the processed materials being conveyed, allowing for separation through the resulting propulsion force. 【Features】 ■ Capable of recovering valuable materials such as aluminum, copper, and brass from mixed processed materials ■ Reduction of disposal costs ■ Can be sold as mixed metals ■ Transition from manual sorting to automatic sorting using machinery, reducing labor costs ■ Aimed at the removal of non-ferrous metals (aluminum, copper, brass) *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us!
