Partial reconstruction method for repairing damaged sewer pipelines using light-curing rehabilitation materials.
Quickly and efficiently reconstruct the defective areas within the sewage pipeline in a localized manner. Rebuild the sewage pipe with strength equivalent to that of a standalone pipe to extend its lifespan.
This is a new repair method developed in collaboration with the Japan Sewerage New Technology Organization (a public interest incorporated foundation) as a measure against the aging of sewer pipes, ensuring long-term durability. In aging pipes where damage is often localized to only a part of the span, this method allows for the targeted reconstruction of deteriorated areas, efficiently addressing aging issues. 【Features】 ● The water-stopping performance has been verified for 20 years through long-term performance testing. ● It ensures adaptability to changes in pipe shape (bending and deflection) due to earthquakes and ground movement. ● Partial construction is possible, equivalent to one piece of a Hume pipe. 【Applications】 ● Reconstruction and extension of the lifespan of aging or damaged sewer pipes (Ø200 to 600) ● Improvement of water-stopping performance in deteriorated areas ● Enhancement of seismic resistance

Company information
Since its establishment, our company has played a role in national construction, primarily focusing on the "ground improvement field" with our unique grouting method. Subsequently, in response to the changes in social infrastructure development, we have refined our technologies to adapt to the needs of the times and, at times, acquired new ones to expand our business scope. As a result, we have now established three main pillars: "ground improvement business," "slope disaster prevention business," and "pipeline business."
