Seismic Level 2 compliant, self-supporting manhole rehabilitation method "VertiLiner Method"
Overwhelmingly fast construction! Reconstructing and extending the lifespan of concrete corrosion caused by hydrogen sulfide and aging manholes using FRP rehabilitation materials that allow for adjustable wall thickness.
The Bertiliner method is a technique for rehabilitating concrete that has been corroded by hydrogen sulfide and aging manholes using FRP rehabilitation materials. This method consists of FRP rehabilitation materials, a load-bearing ring, and supporting mortar, and the live loads and superimposed loads acting on the manhole are transmitted from the load-bearing ring through the FRP rehabilitation material and then through the supporting mortar to the base slab. Additionally, by using acid-resistant glass fibers and light-curing resins in the rehabilitation material, high-strength rehabilitated manholes can be formed in a short time. The thickness of the FRP rehabilitation material can be designed according to site conditions, allowing for the selection of efficient rehabilitation materials. **Features** - Self-supporting, not relying on the strength of existing manholes - Overwhelmingly fast construction - Integrated rehabilitation of sloped and vertical walls - Complies with seismic levels 1 and 2 **Applications** - Reconstruction and extension of the lifespan of aging or damaged manholes - Types: Prefabricated and cast-in-place - Shapes: Circular Φ900, Φ1000 - Manhole depth: 5m

Since its establishment, our company has played a role in national construction, primarily focusing on the "ground improvement field" with our unique grouting method. Subsequently, in response to the changes in social infrastructure development, we have refined our technologies to adapt to the needs of the times and, at times, acquired new ones to expand our business scope. As a result, we have now established three main pillars: "ground improvement business," "slope disaster prevention business," and "pipeline business."
