"U-Mate BT" is software that allows you to read and inventory assets (RF tags) in bulk simply by holding a handheld terminal over them. By entering the asset number you want to find and scanning with the handheld device, you can automatically detect assets (RF tags) inside a box (with sound and indicators). You can easily register the "incoming," "outgoing (lending)," "return," "disposal," and "repair (calibration)" records of assets by scanning barcodes or RFID with the handheld terminal. Additionally, it is possible to check the return deadlines for borrowed items, send reminder emails for overdue returns, and check calibration deadlines for measuring instruments.
