The control system is very advanced! The high-maintenance design leads to a reduction in running costs.
The "DIEVS series" is a vacuum device designed for vacuum die casting that fully utilizes the performance of vacuum valves and vacuum chill vents. It is equipped with two completely independent vacuum suction paths, allowing for the connection of up to two "ZM (vacuum valves)" and "CVV (vacuum chill vents)." Additionally, the delay time and operating time can be set in 0.1-second increments from the input of the die casting machine output signal, enabling operation settings suitable for each mold. 【Features】 ■ Allows for operation settings suitable for each mold ■ Comfortable operation with fewer buttons thanks to the use of an LCD touch panel ■ Generates vacuum using compressed air, resulting in no waste oil and a clean working environment (80L) ■ Equipped with a filter that cuts oil discharge into the atmosphere by 99.99% (120L/200L/300L) ■ Compact design due to the use of a sequencer in the control system *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
