"Polysilsesquioxane (PSQ)" is a thermosetting silicone resin synthesized from trifunctional organosilane compounds. It is a silicon-based organic-inorganic hybrid material with high heat resistance, high hardness, and transparency, and its unit structures come in three types depending on the number of siloxane bonds. We have developed an industrial manufacturing method that precisely controls the molecular weight of PSQ and the ratio of unit structures (T3 structure ratio) within a certain range.
