By simply connecting to the main circuit board, you can change the switch to a non-contact type. One kit can support up to 8 sensors. It is also effective for contact infection control!
The "Touchless Switch Kit" is a product that allows for easy implementation of touchless switches, consisting of a sensor sheet, connectors, and a capacitive controller. Simply attach the sensor sheet to the back of a membrane switch or push switch and connect it to the main circuit board to complete the installation. This enables switch operation without physical contact, which is also beneficial for infection control measures. 【Features】 ■ Just connect to the main circuit board ■ Supports up to 8 sensors with one kit ■ Sensor sheets are custom-made to fit installation dimensions ■ Non-contact distance ranges from 40 to 100 mm 【Examples of Use】 ■ Lighting switches ■ Door opening and closing switches ■ Toilet seat opening and closing, handwashing, or disinfectant sensors ■ Elevator opening and closing switches ■ Intercom switches ■ Call buttons ■ Can also be applied to water level sensors *For more details, please refer to the materials. Company information
Two specialized teams, the Printing Division and the Electronic Equipment Division, will provide thorough support for your company. Please make good use of our services to reduce your workload. 1. Printing Processing Department In addition to regular screen printing (silk printing) and label printing, we focus on the development and manufacturing of functional materials such as our uniquely developed "Screen Printing Method Capacitive Touch Switch" and "Membrane Switch." 2. Electronic Equipment Division We excel in motor control, particularly in ultra-high-speed synchronous control that cannot be achieved with PLCs, with FPGA application technology as our core. In addition to manufacturing and selling custom motion boards, we also accept contract development for control controllers and inspection equipment.
