Our company offers a seamless product development process that integrates research and development with production technology, from the laboratory examination stage to industrialization involving investment, through R&D.E (Engineering). 【Konishi Chemical Industry's Contract System】 Based on our design and development management regulations, we implement a development method (concurrent engineering) that optimizes the entire development process up to mass production by advancing various tasks simultaneously from the lab to industrialization. Design and Development Management Regulations ◎ Cross-organizational information sharing at each stage, including design, prototyping, and production. ◎ At each stage, discussions on regulations, hazards, environment, quality, and commercialization are conducted, with management decisions being involved earlier. ◎ Tasks are advanced in parallel without waiting for the completion of the previous stage. ◎ Insights from later stages are fed back to earlier processes to resolve issues in advance. We achieve a balance of meticulous work without omissions and high efficiency (shortening processes, reducing costs), resulting in reliable product development.
