This is an introduction to a case study of our fully automated supply system for active bacteria, "BioBax." In the kitchen of a Western-style restaurant, the grease that had adhered to the green strap was decomposed, resolving the clogging of the drainage pipe that had been difficult to flow. The slippery floor was also improved, making the kitchen easier to move around in. Additionally, in the kitchen of a large barbecue restaurant, organic substances such as grease and starch on the green strap were decomposed by BioBax, resulting in a significant reduction of dirt.
