Elimination of double deliveries! Introducing a case that led to the smooth spread of the system and improved operational efficiency.

We would like to introduce a case study from the Ishikawa Prefecture Construction Industry Association. At that time, the prefecture was conducting dual submissions of paper and electronic documents without much consideration for the burden on contractors. However, in introducing the information sharing system, we created an annual schedule leading up to the implementation, set goals for usage, and devised a new operation to solve the existing issues. As a result, we implemented the information sharing system "information bridge." This led to the elimination of dual submissions, smooth dissemination of the system, and improved operational efficiency.
