The "UCA-T400 Modified" is a dedicated cutting machine designed specifically for cutting aluminum plates and copper plates, focusing on cutting speed and the quality of the cut surface. It cuts aluminum plates, busbars, flat bars, and brass plates at high speed without burrs or warping. ■ UCA-400 Modified Cutting Capacity: Height 30mm × Width 400mm ■ Circular Saw: 355mm ■ Motor: 5.5 kW ■ Blade Feed: Ball screw feed system The machine uses a specially designed chip saw for aluminum plates, allowing for stable cutting without workpiece jamming during the cutting process. The blade shaft movement section is finished with precision grinding and coated with hard chrome plating, enabling smooth and accurate cutting operations over a long period. Additionally, cutting chips are collected by a separate simple dust collector (dust collector is optional). A model with specifications of Height 30mm × Width 250mm (UCA-250 Modified) can also be produced. 【Features】 ■ Operation is performed electrically, allowing for linked operation and single operation. - Linked operation performs material clamping → cutting → material release in one process. - Single operation allows each action to be performed independently.
