Compared to general buildings, it benefits from a shorter building confirmation application period and relaxed fire safety equipment requirements, allowing for reduced construction time and lower costs. Plans can be made for configurations ranging from 2 levels with 1 tier to 6 levels with 7 tiers. ■Individually Certified Automated Multi-Story Parking Garage This type of garage obtains individual certification limited to the construction site, allowing for greater design flexibility without special constraints on shape, similar to general buildings. It can leverage the advantages of the Minister of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism's certification for planning purposes.
