Our company, Lact Co., Ltd., is located in Mita, Minato-ku, Tokyo, near Keio University. In order to make foot baths more convenient and widely utilized, we considered the possibility of creating a "waterless, maintenance-free, authentic foot bath." Utilizing our expertise in rock bath beds, our main product, the "Hokutoseki Banyu" foot bath, was born in November 2007, and we are now celebrating its 10th anniversary. At the time of its launch, product recognition was understandably low, and growth was sluggish.
