Transparent droplet prevention panel for interviews (made of flame-retardant polycarbonate)
Transparent polycarbonate panel
We will manufacture splash prevention panels using flame-retardant transparent resin glass used in automobiles and aircraft. The price is the same as that of ready-made products.
There are various ready-made partition panels for droplet prevention, but there are few types available for reception and interview purposes, and we often receive inquiries when the size of the notch in the center does not match the preferred size. Our company manufactures panels in sizes that meet customer requests, including panel size and notch size. Polycarbonate has 200 times the strength of glass of the same thickness and 30 times the strength of acrylic of the same thickness, and it is a transparent resin glass with heat resistance and non-combustibility. Additionally, since it is a resin material, it is easy to process, allowing for flexible designs.

basic information
The panel size of the image is W:1100mm, H:600mm, and thickness: 3.0t. The method of self-supporting is that the panel has a 25mm cutout and a 40mm cutout for the stand (geta), so the panel is elevated about 10mm from the installation surface and is supported by two stands. We will process it to match the size of the desk or table you want to install, so the size will feel just right. Additionally, the design of the stand can also be customized, such as with R processing, allowing for attention to design (processing costs are additional). We will manufacture according to your needs, so we only provide this service within the area where our sales representatives can meet (Kanto region).

Our company was founded in 1923 (Taisho 12) in Shiba, Tokyo, as "Takahashi Glass Shop." Initially, we engaged in glass installation for horse-drawn carriages and repair work for high-end imported car glass. Today, as a member of the AGC WINSYS group, we are involved in the final processing of automotive glass, assembly of functional components, and manufacturing of resin injection molded products. Our clients include Honda, Subaru, Nissan, Mazda, Mitsubishi, Hino, Mitsubishi Fuso, and Isuzu, for whom we supply glass assemblies or components. In addition to automotive glass, we also handle various automotive parts from different companies, conducting final assembly and inspection in our own factory, and delivering directly to car manufacturers. We are not limited to the automotive industry; we also sell and install architectural glass and films, engaging in transactions with major general contractors and large fixture manufacturers through AGC WINSYS.
