Achieving lightweight and excellent fire resistance! The molding process at the factory reduces on-site work time.
Our company has developed a flexible fire-resistant material system that follows displacement to protect flexible rubber joints from vehicle fires, which was adopted in the Akita Chuo Road, the first of its kind in Japan for road tunnels in 2000. There are various structures for the joints, and the fire resistance settings differ depending on the tunnel. Therefore, we provide suitable fire-resistant specifications as a system while assisting with FEM analysis and fire resistance testing. Please feel free to contact us when you need assistance. 【Features】 ■ Achieves lightweight and excellent fire resistance ■ Superior durability ■ Stable quality ■ Environmentally friendly ■ Excellent workability *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.
