■ Supports various output voltages and output currents By freely combining series and parallel configurations, operation is possible with a maximum of 4 series (2000V) and 12 parallel (2160A) connections (maximum connection of 12 units (360kW)). ■ Compact size / High efficiency In addition to adopting a 3-LEVEL PFC and DAB circuit, the unit achieves a 19-inch rack size by incorporating self-developed SiC MOSFET modules. The efficiency is over 93.5% (at 500V, 60A output). ■ Fast response, high precision Even when used in series and parallel, the rise and fall times are under 1 msec, with setting precision of constant voltage within 0.05% (F.S.), constant current within 0.1% (F.S.), and constant power within 0.3% (F.S.). ■ Communication with higher-level systems Communication with higher-level devices is possible via Ethernet. Software provision and system construction are also available as testing and evaluation systems.
