The "SF Double-Shell Tank (Steel & FRP)" is a tank that incorporates a leakage detection device (leak monitor) into a double-shell structure, using steel plates for the inner shell and FRP for the outer shell. The external pressure from soil pressure and water pressure during burial is supported by SS400 steel plates with a tensile strength of 400 MPa and a tensile modulus of elasticity of 206 GPa.
