Just by reviewing the cushioning materials, transportation efficiency can be increased by 25%! Leave the transport packaging to us.
We received an inquiry from a customer asking if we could design cushioning material to hold four tools in one layer. We would like to introduce a case study of the cushioning material we designed and manufactured for a wire tool shipping box. Initially, we proposed a prototype, but we also suggested another packaging material concept (2). Compared to concept (1), this concept (2) improves storage efficiency and enhances workability, allowing for a greater overall reduction in logistics costs. At first glance, it might seem that the products being packaged would move around inside the shipping box during transport, potentially causing damage. However, due to the high strength of the workpieces and the structure that prevents them from colliding with each other, this concern is alleviated. [Case Overview] ■ Size: W400mm × D300mm × H200mm ■ Additional Features: Improved logistics efficiency and space-saving ■ Material: Low-foamed polyethylene sheet ■ Industry: Manufacturing ■ Product Category: Shipping box *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Whether it is [one-way] or [commuting], whether cushioning is necessary, and the effects related to static electricity... the optimal materials vary depending on the contents. We will propose improvements to the packaging format for the 2024 issue. Tohoku Ueno Co., Ltd. will utilize the many packaging examples we have cultivated so far, along with various new materials developed in recent years to address environmental issues, to offer the best combination. We will consider all aspects, including cost, material selection, processing methods, and environmental factors, to meet our customers' needs. We will conduct drop tests using the drop test machine from Ransomont, analyze the shock waveforms with test partners, and propose the optimal cushioning packaging design.
