This method resists the sliding load of rock masses by using the pull-out resistance of the UB rope anchor through the rock anchor hanger cable, preventing the fall or sliding of the rock mass. By introducing a uniform tension force into the hanger cables, the structure is designed to distribute the load to all hanger cables in the event of external forces from an earthquake.
